Having moved my family many times, I thoroughly
understand the challenges and joys of finding that
next “perfect” home, both from a buyer’s and from a
seller’s point of view.
I have learned to be patient with the process, to
stay focused and my clients and I agree, at times
only persistent searching brings the desired happy results. It
also happens that families find their
“perfect” new dwellings on the first day of looking,
which is always a joy!
I have assisted buyers find
properties in every price range. From a $100,000
home for a gentleman who needed a house “today”
two weeks before Christmas, to million dollar country
estates, one with a private theater furnished with
original Broadway seats.
I was born and educated (business degree)
in Hamburg , North Germany and have lived in the
United States for over 20 years. First in
California, then New Mexico, Colorado, New York’s
Hudson Valley and for the last few years in
Asheville.
